MARCH FORUM AT TURNER HOUSE

WARP and Ffotogallery are hosting our next FORUM on Thursday 31st March; taking place in Turner House gallery in Penarth from 6.30pm. All are welcome.

This month we are pleased to announce that artist Anne-Mie Melis will be presenting work being made whilst artist in residence at Cardiff School of Biosciences. Dr Walter Dewitte will be joining her, introducing the scientific work of the school. We're really excited that the presentation will also include a screening of Melis' latest time-lapse animation 'Blind Petunias'.
Following the presentation, we open up discussion to the group - and encourage both past and new FORUM go-ers to share works in progress or finished projects or forthcoming opportunities and events - please feel free to bring works, both physically and digitally, with you on the night.
Refreshments and good company provided. Contact gallery staff on 02920 341 667 should you have any questions. Every FORUM is free to attend. No booking necessary.

Joseph Rodriguez Workshop 21-24 March, Third floor Gallery

Third Floor is introducing its first workshop with esteemed American photographer Joseph Rodriguez.
He's well known for his documentary work with youth and gang members, and teaches at the International Centre of Photography in New York.
It's a pretty intensive four day workshop (full time!) in Cardiff that goes for £200. It's pretty much a unique opportunity to learn from him in the UK!
