Next Forum 27th January!

Following on from the brilliant FORUM last month, we're looking forward to the next installment of art and cultural discussion at Turner House.

This month we have photographer Tim Freeman (Welsh Artist of the year 2009) in to talk about some of his recent projects. As usual we will have an open floor, for artists who bring recent work or work in progress to discuss on the night. Refreshments and good company provided.

FORUM now comes to you through Ffotogallery and WARP. We heartily recommend checking out WARP's website and signing up to their  newsletter which is always full of useful information.

'Hours' Zine launch

Here at Turner House we are hotly anticipating the arrival of Molly Rooke's 'Hours'. The monthly zine will be launched at the Buffalo on Monday 27th Feb at 7pm, and we will have some available for a small price in the gallery.
One artist / photographer / creative thinker is chosen each month and given 24 hours to fill the camera they are given, and the photos are then turned into a publication. Have a look at the website for more details.

As well as providing a space to carry out your project idea, Hand in Glove will provide support and resources for developing it.

To apply, please email us some info (as much or as little as you like) about your idea and any supporting material if applicable (image/video/text) to contact.glove@gmail.com
