Wales Artist Resource Programme

Wales Artist Resource Programme is an artist run professional development resource that will enable Welsh and Wales-based artists to receive mentoring, training and advice from arts professionals. The programme comprises a number of schemes that will be delivered responsively according to the ambition and needs of participants in relation to the arts sector, whether skills-based, entrepreneurial, business skills, and/or academic.
Through WARP g39 will provide the invaluable work of specialist advice services to help young and emerging artists in Wales to achieve success in an exhibiting career or visual arts enterprise. Its mission is to provide a supportive resource that will encourage and develop a strong network of artists working throughout Wales to contribute to the contemporary art scene both locally and internationally.
WARP offers a number of free schemes that can be delivered responsively according to your needs.

Our Photography and New Media courses are recruiting now.

All our courses are accredited by Cardiff University’s Centre for Lifelong Learning, a Foundation Certificate is awarded to those who gain 60 credits in their studies.A full Certificate of Higher Education is awarded to those who go on to study a total of 6 six courses, gaining 120 credits.

***Ffotogallery are also pleased to announce that from the 7th of February we will be running a Diploma of Higher Education Course. The course offers students who have completed their Certificate of Higher Education in Photography the opportunity to continue their studies at Diploma of Higher Education level.
The first module entitled 'Photography and Environment' explores critical issues and practices concerning representation of the environment, and broadly examines themes of place, location and identity. Practical exercises in photographing urban, natural, social and political environments are undertaken alongside a historical and contextual understanding of the different forms of photography such as portraiture, documentary, landscape and fine art practice. You will gain experience in a broad range of approaches and produce a stunning portfolio of images.
