APRIL FORUM

Thursday 28th 6:30pm - Chapter Arts Centre - Gallery, Caffi/Bar

This month FORUM will be a SOCIAL at Chapter Art Centre, Gallery & Caffi/Bar to co-inside with Perfformiad.
Perfformiad is a presentation of performance artworks that includes two regular FORUM contributors http://www.chapter.org/22387.html

Thursday evening will feature the chance to view these performance works – Kathryn Ashill’s new work, A Series of Uncertainties (free) and later Unrest, by Sam Hasler at 8pm in the Stwdio (£5/£4) - using these events as openings into short critical discussions.
The group has also been invited to attend the opening of Chapter gallery’s new exhibition, The Curtain by David Macintosh http://www.chapter.org/22353.html.

So plenty of art to see and discuss! April’s FORUM will be a more informal affair; a chance to meet other local artists and makers, view and discuss contemporary art and spread the word about any of your own forthcoming events or opportunities.

FORUM is an informal, monthly event aiming to develop a core group of emerging artists in South Wales together with students and graduates. It is co-ordinated by Ffotogallery and WARP as a space for critical discussion and conversation, concerned directly with the work and activities of local artists.

We would like to thank Chapter Theatre and Gallery staff for helping us organise this month’s event.
