Stapleton Road Tavern is a temporary creative project space situated in a disused public house on the border of Old Market and Easton in Bristol. Stapleton Road Tavern will present a series of modest commissions and events, whilst also inviting local artists and community groups to make use of the space free of charge.
Stapleton Road Tavern is striving to become a unique hub for the community where people from all walks of life can come together to engage with each other in creative activity. Delivering a range of arts activities throughout Spring 2012, the intention is to create a space where individuals and groups can raise the profile and visibility of their activity and contribute to the regeneration of the Stapleton Road area.
