Outcasting: Fourth Wall (O:4W)

Outcasting: Forth Wall is coming to Cardiff, and will be the city's first moving image festival. Using various platforms, venues, and opportunities to screen artists work both virtually and physically, it makes for an exciting opportunity.
There are screening opportunities using traditional screening methods, the deadline for which is the 1 June. There is also a commissioning programme for installations and site specific commissions. The deadline for this submission is 1 May.
